I got the engine mostly done. I just need to install my turbos and then some of the tubes on top. We've had a really bad winter here with record 36 inches of snow along with sub 20 degree temps. My family owns a large dairy farm so I am outside in it every day and I am pretty burned out so I have been slacking on the car. I will put it in this month for sure though.

These are just 18G Billets, I think they flow around 43 lb min. These will be fine for now running pump gas. I might crank this up in the future but 700hp or so is fine for now.

I've seen people make 600whp on pump and 700whp on e85.

But you have to do all of fuel lines, pumps, rails and so on upgrades. I would recommend building your trans. My 3rd gear didn't last so we built it also.

I'm keeping it at 1.2 bar at first. I do have a pretty good port on my heads so I might be able to do pretty well on pump. I mix in some torco type stuff to male 96 octane fuel. If all goes well I will do a trans build along with a big fuel system next winter.

Todd will guide you in the right direction. Awesome dude he is I have not had an issue at 30psi. On his chart I hit 1022hp not awhp at 7200rpm. Please don't mix that crap I have tried it and it will not go well with your plugs. Get race gas, e85 or run higher 98ron.

Running SRM fuel system has been awesome and no issues I would call Sean to get his dual stage 2 kit. With his kit and all the fuel lines replaced to -8an and 1680cc you should be over 1000hp at 85% duty cycle. You will need a Hobbs switch or the fuel will get to hot in the tank running both pumps.

I've had good luck running Torco last time around. I'm going to run a different product called Boostane this time. Yes the SRM fuel system is the way to go.

It turns your plugs to orange. Ask Todd he will tell you don't do it. It's not worth it Just tying to help. You now have a built motor run the good stuff. It takes one tiny lean out and your done.

If you have a manual boost controller you will be limited to 17psi because you will have knock and you can't control the boost and timing around the mid range. On 93

If you run the stock n75 you will run more boost I believe around 20psi because Todd can control the boost and timing in the mid range. On 93

Race gas is whatever boost and e85.

These are things to think about.

Yes, I'm aware of the issues running Torco. I'm on the N75 valve still also. My current tune is a 1.2 bar tune for 91 octane. 91 is all I can get here so I like to use some product. It ran fine for a few thousand miles on Torco but lifted the head doing a 5th gear pull in cold weather. I saw the boost spike to 1.5 bar after a shift and that was it. There were no signs of detonation, so I think it's good stuff aside from the frequent plug changes.

It would be a very big disappointment if my timing winds up being wrong... I spent 2 months solid figuring it out.

Can't wait to see you get this thing fired up! Hopefully this nasty winter will be over soon and we will have some good driving conditions! Unfortunately it's snowing in Boise as I type this! Lol!
