Pss9 Noise?
Are you talking a twanging kind of sound when you move the steering wheel to the extremes (at a stop or slow speed)? If so, the installer did not use the rubber washers off the stock suspension and they need to use them to stop the noise.
i'm not a a turbo suspension expert. i had to buy aftermarket drop links to work with my GT3 sway bars.
does bilstein include drop links with just the coilovers? my pss9's did not include links.
the drop links are usually more of a sway bar fitment issue. i would think the pss9's would drop right in without changing the links.
anyway, like i said. it's your drop links binding at full lock with the sway bars. it's not a big deal. you'll also be glad to hear you'll probably be noticing some clunking and other random unpleasant noises after replacing all your suspension components

Deputydog, Maybe The New Links Came With The H&r Bars, Not Real Sure, had The Pss9's & Bars Installed At The Same Time.

I got rid of the sound by installing a roller bearing in the place of the plastic/rubber ones that came with the PSS9 set-up. Unfortunately I can not remember where I got them but it was posted here on 6speed.

if it will do it while stopped, my guess is that they didn't unload the suspension while installing the sway bars. you may need to bring it back, have them unload the suspension, and loosen/adjust/retighten the drop links to the sway bars.
