Your motor makes 500 hp by 4500 rpm's. It stays between 500 and 525 hp between 4500 and 7000 rpm's. Actually it loses a tad between 5200 and 6200 rpm's. From there it picks up another 50+ hp from 7000 to 7700. What is Todd's explanation for this?

I haven't been following your build. Do you know what size fuel lines (s & r) that the car is using? Anything with the pumps and injectors? Did Todd do anything with the cams? Not being critical. I'm trying to figure something out.

By chance did Todd eliminate the vario cam and accuators handwelding and regrinding the upper lobes? Where by just utilizing the upper lobes only.
Your torque is coming on fast and strong which is excellent for .8 bar. What confuses me is once it hits it's peak it drops almost as fast which is hampering the hp. When it starts to recover the power jumps again. If Todd did what I suspect (above) then he is on uncharted ground above 5300 rpm's and further adjustments are going to be really interesting. Know how Todd does his homework you are probably in for a real treat.
My other thought is the 76 mm impellar may be too much after the torque max's out resulting in a temporary drag on the hp. Whatever, you are providing great info. Thanks and the best of luck.

Congratulations Scott . . . those are great numbers. It is interesting to see how similar our HP curves are given the similarities in our turbos. Ill explain when we talk next.
1.7-1.8 bar is a lot of boost with the power you will be making. I am not going that high . . . want to keep the heads secure.

IRT to the boost levels, we're playing it by ear. However; the heads are O-ringed and the bottom-end is built, so I don't foresee any problems.
