As I don't really know how to repining to create proper and correct connectors, even with these diagrams. . But I do appreciate DC help and also help from Serg124, PAULG........ Can anyone produce the connector for below:
1. between PCM 3.0 and old current wire connector.
2. between new AMP and old current wire connector.

item 1 can be made for item 2 you have to depin the whole plug and repin.

 

I think I saw Monster1 posted a convert for item 2 at #323, page 22. That is really cool, if someone can make these custom converters by providing our car model year and option .....

a friend with a bose turbo would also like to have the pcm3 instead of the 2.1.

Is the only bose amp that works 99764544404?

As this one is very hard to find used at a reasonable price.

 

I am looking for the codes for the update.

Hello Guys,

i want to do the conversion and repinned the connectors behind the pcm3 and all pins at the new bose amp except the three from the small socket.

Is it correct that the 09 bose amp has no pins in this socket?

Where can i buy the pins that fit the big black socket with 32pins?

From the wire plan i can see that

B1 VNC+ goes to A27 at the new amp
B10 VNC- goes ti A26 at the new amp
B5 Wake Up goes to A29 at the new amp

All other cables i have repinned, but the 3 from the small socket wont fit to the big connector

I will cut them and solder new pins on it, but i do not know the number to order them at the dealership?

It would be great if someone can help so that i can test if it works.

The car is a 997 Turbo Cabriolet from 2008

 

yea, there can be such a problem. actually you can order them at mercedes benz dealer.
a0035407881 - big plug
a0185458626 - smaller size pins
a0135457826 - middle size pins
a0185454726 - bigger size pins

I rewired the amp and connected the big old plug to new amp 7pp.035.223.p.

When i lock it the violet insert comes out a little.

But the bigger problem is that the pcm3 does not start at all

I checked the fuses and the 10amp fuse was broken as the old pcm2,1 also didnt worked.

I replaced the fuse and tried the pcm 3 but nothing happened when i plugged it in.

When i tried the pcm 2,1 it started but didnt had the amp nvi and so on as i didnt connect the modt bus.

Do you have an idea what the problem could be?

 

Did you check your pcm3 earlier? Did you saw it working?
