Greetings from Niagara, Ontario, Canada
Only thing I like better is the rims, maybe the ducktail spoiler too. not a fan of the splitter personally
that center console... wtf? do you have to have your nav screen open to see what radio station and how high you have the hvac and all that? If so that totally sucks, I can't remember the last time I even opened my nav screen, ruins the look IMO.
I also can't stand the flat glass/plastic style buttons, I need to FEEL something, i can't take my eyes off the road that long! Also If it breaks, I can replace a button easily.. The new land rover and panamera with the haptic feedback on the glass is just... ugh I hope they aren't going that route with the new vantage

Was able to attend this cruise last week after work. Met lots of nice people who appreciated I shared my Vantage with them. Soon after I arrived, Cadman from the forum pulled in with his 2007 Vantage so it was a nice bonus meeting him in person as well.
Here are a few shots from the cruise - a nice location on a waterfront park:

I'm looking forward to another cruise at Burlington Mall this Wednesday evening and the AMOC Niagara wine cruise on Saturday.
Cheers,
Ryan

also not a fan of the grain of the leather, love those new wheels and might have to upgrade the wiper arms to the new one... anybody knows if they are direct replacement? I though that I would like to add a duck tail to mine until I saw your picture here, I'm not so sure I would do it now...
Same thought here. It reminded me of the "leatherette" BMW offers in lieu of real leather on some of the lower end models.
I was in Grand Touring Uptown and took a few photos to inspire me.
I noticed the clear tailights have black inserts.
The rear splitter looks nice, I like the larger 255 / 295 tires but the interior reminded me too much of my Subaru BRZ with red stitching and black Alcantera:

Now that frees up some space and money so I can start shopping for a winter car. I'm leaning toward a used Audi S5 with low mileage as they have things I like (a 6 Speed manual, Naturally Aspirated V8 and AWD for winter).

what on earth was that car? Looks like a mix between a fiero and a corvette

Don't blame me if you get addicted to reading it
So I joined AMOC NA EAST and have already been to my first event.
We met a lot of nice people with a shared passion for Aston's and it was great to have over 15 of them all together last weekend for a blast along the Niagara Escarpment from Stoney Creek and into Niagara-on-the-lake. Stops at wineries along the way for tastings, lunch and drinks added to enjoyment for all. As a bonus the weather was cooperating with no rain. I've been on other car cruises taking similar routes and this one was top notch in organization and planned stops. I was even surprised how many chose to really exercise the performance of their low mileage Aston's and as a former kart racer it was much appreciated! I am pleased to report no issues among the group (i.e. no reliability problems, speeding tickets, accidents etc)
I looking forward to future events and thought I'd share some of the Aston pics I captured throughout the day (as the cars are the stars...)
I loved the paint on this beautiful DBS:

Vantages were well represented:

Many examples of the Vanquish (never seen that many together):

Personalized plates were the norm (now I know which ones are already taken, lol):

Note to self... "don't rear-end anyone especially one with a V12"

Usually my mirrors have regular sports car in them, not today:

I did have to work hard to keep the DBS off my bumper

Lunch stop at Red Stone winery:

A lot of good sports driving on the gravel to John Howard's winery Megalomaniac:

Beautiful Vantage from this perspective...

This DB9 reminded me of the one Jeremy Clarkson drove in the Top Gear race to Monte Carlo:

Also had DB7 GT and Volante's represented and even a Rapide:

A couple videos from the AMOC Niagara wine cruise, one of the cars parked at the winery and the other while blasting through the Thorold tunnel. I would make noise then let off to hear the V12's :cool
