I've managed to pop the left housing easily. But the right one is just too stubborn, is there a trick to pop this thing?

I wrapped the head of the long nose plier with microfiber towel and just grab the tab and pull down

my right side was stubborn too

Probably just the accumulation of dust and grime. Mine came off fairly easily, but I blast my car with a pressure washer regularly so probably keeps it clean

AZN_C300, are your AZNOPTICS LEDs still working without overheating? Do you do frequent night driving?

My previous LED plate lights were working fine for months but they burnt out after one night of 6-7 hours driving.

kechang, I assume you got the following, right?

Do they have built in resistors? Which Porsche model are these designed for? I don't think Porsche has any model that come with standard LED plate lights. I am not sure about the e-hybrid.

So the Porsche OEM requires an external resistor module. But other forum members have successfully used LEDs with built-in resistors without issues with over heating. If both methods work, the later is much more simple which involves just replacing the bulbs.

Depends on what u are looking for. For me, no aftermarket led will beat the oem look and I have about 10 pairs of different led at home just because I'm that picky

If u are looking just easy simple replacement. Led with built in resistor will do you just fine. But compared to retrofitting turbo bumper/led drl into none turbo cayenne is 100x harder than this retrofit and the light looks great at night. It's perfect imo.

To be honest the azn leds doesn't look white like the rest of porsche leds. It has a blueish hue, and i dislike that. So i've put back the oem ones.
