Water pump

As anyone done a water pump charge on a 971 model if so is it straight forward and doesn’t affect the timing belt

You can change water pump without problem. How many kilometers you have ? I think if you change pump you can change thermostat.

It’s done 36000 miles. Got a leak above pulley but not 100% it’s pump or the o ring or there’s a small pipe that pushes in engine to thermostat housing
