Thanks Larry. Good to see you around here. Yeah it's hard to believe it's been 11 years since I bought the car for my 40th present to myself, lol.
Macan is a nice looking vehicle, haven't driven one yet. Lucky man to have 2 P cars!

The good news is that the "fluid" leak at the front end was the grease from a torn cv joint boot and not the front diff! 4 hours labour to rebuild the axle with new boots. New sebro rotors and TRW/textar pads and good to go...or so I thought. Pulled out of the indy's parking lot and a cel came on...it was the p0011 again. Wife thinks the shop must have done it, lol, heckuva coincidence. I've had it before and had the solenoid changed a few years ago. The logs don't make sense this time though, I'll start another thread for some opinions/help...
I changed the front led drls recently too and can't get rid of the airbag light. I did start the car while the passenger side harness (in the front wheel well) was unplugged but that should have been resettable with a power cycle and code clear but didn't work. Could be coincidence that the passenger side sensor happened to fail? uh, the joys of owning an "older" car, lol.

The car still looks the same . I got old though . I could not help but keep it . Im glad to see that someone else did too.

lol, I know what you mean. Nice stable of P cars. No way Mrs. Bogg would understand if I wanted a 997tt and a 991.2GTS! I do sometimes daydream about the 992tt but maybe in a few years. Still love rowing through the gears and there are other competing hobbies for my $$ so who knows.

My audiophile hobby is more expensive than the car but not much new $$ spent since I built my custom room

No new times but she's running like a champ again with solid thrust from around 3500 rpm.
