As to the comments about stability... I've tracked my car at 7 days worth of events and it has been ROCK SOLID stable... And over on CF everyone is *****in' about the brakes and suspension on the new Z06 NOT being track day worthy for anyone who knows their way around a road course...

3 models with less overall problems than one, during a 6 year run compared to this being the first two years of the vette. Nice.
You cant deny Chevy has crappy build quality, doesnt mean they arent loveable, just annoying. Porsche has had it's problems too, definitely it's fair share, but overall crappy quality award goes to chevy. See if your dash surround isnt flaking and peeling in a year or two, classic chevy. You cant hide cheap.
Trust me, I'm not biased, I have a C5, much worse quality than a C6 and I love it. Porsches are overpriced, WAYYYYY overpriced, and they need to step into the new age of design and motor at some point. The interiors were BORING!!!! until the 997, charge way too much for options.
All cars SUCK at SOMETHING. Trading blows at which car sucks at what worse is a waist of time. I'm with Mikelly, let's meet up on the track. And amerlemans, dont try and set up races with other people, back up your own smack or shutup.

Seriously, I'm not much of a drag racer, but this thing is faster than the two C6Z06s I've been in, and the build quality is better than all the C5 and C6 corvettes I've put hands on. It's my experience and my experience only, but that's all that matters to me. Other than the vacuum leak that was causing my code issue/lack of boost and the brake issue which is well documented, This car is very stable otherwise. I believe I have both fixed and will be at VIR Sept. 7-9. You should sign up for Summit Oct. 26-27 and come show me your taillights... No, really... I'll even buy you lunch!
